Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Local Real Estate Company that is looking for an Office Assistant. This person will be responsible for answering up to 7 phone lines, greet customers, preparing applications, handling all emails, updating renewals, collect rent, collect move-out notices, work within the MLS system, and more.

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $16+ per hour, DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM

Qualifications:

• Experience with AppFolio is a huge bonus
• Would like someone with Real Estate/Leasing experience
• Accounts Payable & Receivable experience
• Proficient with Quickbooks and/or Excel software
